Respect to Stuart Atwell, who was the VAR. He has a dubious reputation, but I’ve been impressed with him the last couple of times he’s reffed us. All the more impressive that he let Cresswell off, considering Cressers called him a dick head away to Palace last season, when he was a bit confusing about a throw in. You could clearly hear it on the Behind the Scenes video.

Klopp's even pretended to compliment us then couldnt help himself.

Btw, look at the Cresswell challenge again and it might be that I am an old git with bad eyes but I do not think there is any contact on the front of Henderson's leg, knee or "high up" as the experts were saying. Cresswells boot and leg bounce off the ball but with barely if any contact. There is contact with the follow thru ( ooh err no one likes a follow thru ) leg as it wraps back around the rear of Henderson's knee / upper leg but even that is minimal. I could be wearing the proverbial C & B glasses but take a look in slow motion and there is minimal contact. Henderson does what most modern day players do and feigns a leg break and screams. The force is against the ball and makes it look worse in real time.
In short, Pool and Klopp desperately looking for excuses and a classic case of sour grapes and losers.

Ha ha ha .just read on the BBC site that Klopp is now complaining that the Stadium lights are too bright which shone in Allison’s eyes and put him off for the first goal.

Any red for both side would have killed a great game.
This would have happen in any game over the last 3 years.
The whole game is in a better place for it.
Love the tackle, took balls proper football in the heat of the moment.
Ref had a excellent because of this it was a great game.

What I hate is that the media airbrush this and Salah’s dive, and make it look like we got all the decisions.

Looking at it holistically, how dirty a player is Cressy? How many times has he been sent off? It was completely an accident.
As for Rice leaving a leg hanging out, that's bollocks too. It's just he was up against a world champion cheat, a great player but an expert in running into defenders and falling over.
Liverpool have always been like that for the whole time I have watched them and it's one of the reasons I hate them as much. Great players but will use every trick in the book to cheat their way into free kicks in dangerous areas.
Also watch how they cynically targeted Benny and Pablo, constantly kicking them up in the air. I don't get how pundits and the media have this massive blindside?
